I wish this were an animated cartoon instead of a drawing. Then you could see the  ground snapping and curling in mineral ecstasy as the vile politician Whim terrifies some poor devil with the comatose form of Frank, as if Frank were a king cobra or a chunk of plutonium. It seems ridiculous... and yet there is something profoundly logical captured here.
